Positive Community Impact
The members of Rotary are dedicated to offering their time and talents to help improve the quality of life for people within the community and around the world. The past Rotary Noel events have raised more than $150,000.00 for the Peace Arch Hospice Society and the Peace Arch Hospital Foundation Lodge. Rotary has many hands-on local projects that include: ‘The Bread Run’ working in concert with Southpoint Exchange Cobs Bread providing bread to the families that access Sources Women’s Place, Rotary Save-On gift cards in support of our local Food Bank, Peace Arch Hospital Foundation, Heart and Stroke Society, Starfish Backpack Program, servicing more than a dozen families in a local high school outreach, Athletic Outdoor facility at the South Surrey Track field, Children’s Christmas Breakfast and Seniors Christmas Luncheon. Our mission is to continue to support these and other community needs that depend on our ability to raise funds.
